More Than a Bookkeeper

Hi, I'm Rhonda, founder of Square One Solutions.

My career has given me the opportunity to see businesses from many different perspectives. I began in banking, moved into leadership and office management, and later served as a Financial Controller for multiple businesses. Along the way, I've managed payroll, overseen daily accounting operations, built financial and operational processes, and improved workflows. I also played a key role in starting and growing several businesses, giving me firsthand experience with the challenges that come with building a company from the ground up.

Every step along the way gave me a different perspective on how businesses operate—and what they need to succeed.

Those experiences shaped how I serve my clients today. I understand that every business has its own story, its own challenges, and its own goals. I believe in building relationships based on trust, clear communication, and genuinely caring about the people behind the business.

Education & Professional Development

I'm committed to continually expanding my knowledge so I can provide the best possible service to my clients.

My background includes business and accounting education, graduating with honors, along with ongoing professional development in bookkeeping, accounting, business operations, and financial software.

I'm also a QuickBooks Online Advanced ProAdvisor with Level 2 certification, giving me advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online setup, cleanup, optimization, and ongoing bookkeeping support.
